Service Description
Run in person, on site at Les Mills Hamilton, these one on one or small group sessions (max of 4) with coach Steve Shannon, will challenge you, while unlocking new levels of skill, strength, conditioning, mobility & coordination. Primary modalities: Kettlebell, steel mace & bodyweight training. Note; If you are not a member of Les Mills Hamilton, let me know and I will set you up with one week’s free access (once booking is confirmed), to see if it’s the right fit for you. Cancellation Policy
To cancel or reschedule, please give at least 24 hours notice. Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice will be charged at the full rate.
