STEEL MACE WORKSHOP

STEEL MACE FOUNDATIONS

Steel mace training is rapidly gaining popularity with athletes all around the world and for good reason. If you're looking for something new, exciting and effective, this is it!

In this workshop your team will learn the fundamentals of mace training, including...

• The benefits of lever training and the offset load.

• How mace training can be incorporated into almost any program.

• The foundations of rotational power.

• Tension principles.

• Hand positions.

• Switches.

• 10 x foundational movements (traditional and modern).

• Progressions and regressions.

• Key foundational flows.

• How to build complexes and flows based on COMS Fitness primal chaining principles.

Run time of this workshop is approximately 4 hours.

Upon completion REPS registered personal trainers will receive 2.5 CPD points.

Note: this workshop is an introduction to mace training and not the full COMS Fitness steel mace instructor certification.

Part 2: Flow

• Accessory movements & hand switches.

• Key foundational flows.

• How to build complexs & flows based on COMS Fitness primal chaining principles.

Run time of this workshop is approximately 8 hours.

Upon completion REPS registered personal trainers will receive 5 CPD points.
